What does a week at Villa Turtleview cost?

Nightly rates depend on the season and apply to the entire villa regardless of party size. They come from the owners’ own rate sheet as of January 2026. Because the villa is let directly rather than through a booking portal, the service fees those platforms add do not apply.

  • A cleaning fee of USD 260 applies in addition. It is not included in the nightly rate.
  • Rent and cleaning are subject to 5 % tourist tax and 6.5 % local sales tax.
  • A surcharge of 20 % applies at Thanksgiving, over the turn of the year and at Easter.
  • The refundable security deposit is USD 500. Electricity is billed by actual consumption and offset against it.
  • 30 % of the total is due at booking, the balance 60 days before arrival.
